Weezy was hospitalized last Friday following two seizure-like episodes on board back-to-back flights.

He has been recovering since at his mama's house -- but sources close to the rapper say, Weezy's doctor has ordered him to rest for the next week at least ... which means no working, and definitely no flying.

it was also gathered that  Wayne's been to the doctor twice since his hospitalization and has nurses coming to check on him regularly.

The rapper' is telling friends he feels the seizures were a result of working himself too hard after his jail stint -- and has been calling the health scare a "life-changing event" and an "eye-opener."

We're told Weezy is planning to return to his Miami home shortly -- but he won't be taking a plane ... he'll be traveling inside a luxury bus.

 A man has fled his home in Pote Village, Mashonaland Central Province in Zimbabwe, after allegedly impregnating his mother a second time, according to the British news media. The mother also fled the village.

Simon Matsvara and his mother Ethel Vhangare decided to leave the village after church members learned of the alleged pregnancy. Just four years ago, the two were reportedly fined by the village elders when Vhangare suffered a miscarriage after getting pregnant from her son.
The village chief, Chinamhora, said that the community was outraged by the allegations and has organized a team to find Matsvara and Vhangare. “We will hunt the two and we will severely punish them sending a clear message to potential offenders that we will not tolerate these acts,” he told the state-run newspaper.
The couple reportedly began their incestuous relationship back in 2008, when asked by the Matsvara family to care for his ailing father, Agripah, who later died. When the mother became pregnant for the first time, they were fined and told to end their relationship. News of the alleged second pregnancy occurred when the mother began to skip church and members visited their home. It was there that they found the mother was five months pregnant, allegedly by her own son.
The two reportedly left their village shortly after the discovery and are believed to be on the run.

Gunmen killed the retired general at his residence.
Gunmen shot dead a retired general and a northern elder statesman, Mamman Shuwa on Friday in Maidugri, the Borno state capital.
He was reportedly shot around 11:30am.
Eye witnesses said the Retired General was shot multiple times in front of his house at lower Gwange area.
Mr. Shuwa was one of few residents of the area who were still in their houses. Most of the residents deserted their homes after the JTF reportedly went on rampage about two weeks ago when an Improvised Explosive Device planted on their route exploded and killed a lieutenant and six soldiers.
Soldiers reportedly burnt many houses and fired indiscriminately leading to the dead of several civilians.
The JTF had since denied the incident, even as the Amnesty International Released a report Thursday accusing the Security agencies of human right abuses.
A source from the University of Maiduguri Teaching Hospital said Mr. Shuwa died at the hospital after he was rushed there. The deceased will be buried by 4:00pm today.
No group has claimed responsibility for the attack yet.
The JTF spokesperson, Sagir Musa, is currently unreachable as his phone is busy.

Election 2012 is set to be the most expensive in US history costing a whopping $6 billion with President Barack Obama and challenger Mitt Romney's campaigns alone spending $2.6 billion.
That tops the record set in 2008 by $700 million, according to a new analysis by Washington based research group Centre for Responsive Politics that tracks the effects of money and lobbying on elections and public policy.
Accelerating spending by ostensibly independent outside groups in the final weeks of the 2012 campaign is pushing the cost up with Romney being the main beneficiary with more than three-quarters of the money being spent on his behalf.
The major force behind the increased spending are hundreds of "super PACs", a new kind of political action committees that came into being after a federal court ruling in July 2010 lifted the ban on corporate political activity and permitted wealthy donors to pool unlimited sums of money for election spending.
In all, CRP estimates that expenditures by outside groups will reach more than $970 million this election. That's more than three times the previous record of $301 million in 2008.
And the total does not include tens of millions of dollars spent by tax-exempt advocacy group on issue ads and other forms of voter outreach that do not have to be reported to the Federal Election Commission.
What remains unknown-and may never fully be accounted for-is how much money secretive "shadow money" organisations spent, CRP said.
"One thing we can say for certain is that the transparency the Supreme Court relied upon to justify this new framework has been sorely lacking," said CRP executive director Sheila Krumholz.
The sources for money fuelling the presidential campaign in 2012 reflect the same basic interests led by finance, Insurance and Real Estate, Lawyers and Lobbyists, and Miscellaneous Business interests as in 2008.
But there was one big difference. To date, Romney holds an advantage over Obama among financial interests by a margin of 5-to-2, CRP said.
Indian-American community too has raised money for both campaigns, but they have contributed more to the Obama Campaign though far less than in 2008.
According to the Obama campaign half a dozen Indian-American bundlers have raised between half-a-million to one million dollars each and some others including new age guru Deepak Chopra have raised between $100,000 and $200,000.
An Indian American Coalition is estimated to have raised $15-20 million for Romney campaign with Florida-based Dr Akshay Desai alone raising $1 million.
Meanwhile, according to the CRP analysis, spending in congressional races is projected to increase slightly in 2012. House and Senate candidates combined will spend about $1.82 billion, up from $1.81 in 2010.
House campaign spending alone will total nearly $1.1 billion, a slight increase of 3 percent more over 2010. In the Senate, spending by candidates will approach $743 million, which is down about 7 percent compared to 2010.
Republican House candidates have also raised more on average-$712,000 to $594,000, --though Democrats did better than Republicans in the Senate, on average, raising $3.8 million to Republicans' $2.6 million on average.
All the five Indian-American Congressional candidates - Democrats Ami, Upendra Chivukula, Manan Trivedi and Syed Taj and Republican Ranjit Ricky Gill-are reported to have outraised their opponents.
Topping the list is Bera who has collected almost $2.7 million closely followed by Gill, who has raised more than $2.3 million

Six people have died and some 70,000 people have been displaced in cyclone Nilam in Sri Lanka, an official said Thursday.Several roads in Colombo were inundated by the flood waters, trees were uprooted, and train services were affected.
The displaced people were housed in temporary shelters. Water levels in several reservoirs overflowed. Fishermen were advised not to go out to sea.
Cyclone Nilam struck Sri Lanka earlier this week, and gradually moved towards India, causing heavy rains in the coastal regions of that country. 

Four-year-old Indian-American Killed In Road Mishap

A four-year-old Indian-American boy was mowed down by a speeding car driven by a woman at a traffic intersection here, police said. The victim, Dhyanesh, son of Balaji Jeyakannan, was struck by the car and killed on the spot at the junction of Jefferson Avenue and Central Avenue yesterday.
The mishap occurred when the child, holding his mother Nagarani Nagarajan's hand, was crossing the road after the stop sign for motorists.
The vehicle driven by the accused Eisa Templo first hit Nagarani, who lost balance as well as the hold of her kid, following which the child got mowed down by the car.
Balaji Jeyakannan, a native of Madurai in southern India, is working as an IT consultant with Con Edison Company here.Police have arrested the accused and remanded her to custody.
The Consulate General of India in New York is helping the victim's parents to transport the body of the child to India.

The government of Akwa Ibom State has confirmed that Godswill Akpabio like his Rivers State counterpart, Governor Rotimi Amaechi, also owns a brand new jet.

Akpabio took possession of the $45 million jet in June 2012.
Responding to newsmen inquiries, Akwa Ibom Commissioner for Information, Aniekan Ummanah, confirmed that Mr. Akpabio bought the Gulfstream jet manufactured in 2011, but insisted that that it is Akwa Ibom State property.
As already published by SaharaReporters, an online medium, Governor Amaechi’s gleaming new toy is a Bombardier Global 5000 (N565RS), which he acquired for his exclusive use.
Governor Akpabio’s state of the art jet, which carries FAA registration number N224BH, was interestingly purchased by the same Bank of Utah Trust account used by the Rivers state government.  The deal was handled by a trust attorney at the bank and delivered to Mr. Akpabio.
Records show that Governor Akpabio, whose deputy resigned Wednesday, has traveled abroad in the jet regularly, especially to and within the United States, since the acquisition.

It would be recalled that one week ago in Yola, Adamawa State, Governor Danbaba Suntai of Taraba State crashed a Cessna 208, 5N-BMJ, he was flying personally at the time.   He has since been airlifted to Germany for treatment, his injured passengers left in a local hospital.
These expensive jet-buying and flying stories concerning Nigeria state governors provide greater proof of muddled priorities, and sometimes, outright corruption, in the administration of the States, where the chief executives and their inner circles live in insensitive luxury despite the despicable general condition of the average citizen.  When they get off their jets, they usually have waiting for them all kinds of exotic cars and long convoys.
Sources said that Mr. Suntai, an aviation enthusiast, owns two aircraft and a helicopter. Aviation sources also said he also owns an airstrip in his village which he built with embezzled state funds.
Governor Akpabio’s new jet puts him squarely among Nigeria’s new jet set of top government officials, connected businessmen and lavish-spending pastors, among whom luxury private jets are the new status symbol.

After the widely vilified Aluu 4 massacre and the shooting of some students of the institution by rampaging gun-men, another student seems to have fallen victim to some diabolical machinations.
Obinna,21, a 200 level student of UNIPORT was reported to have developed multiple sex organs after an intensive 2 night "sexcapade" with his gay lover in a popular hotel in Ifako Gbagada,Lagos. He was alleged to have met the man on social networking site, Hi5 after which he was paid N20,000 for transportation to Lagos. He came and after the rendevous was paid the agreed sum of N150,000 only for him to discover in a jiffy that his penis was developing branches but lo and behold the partner was no where to be found!
He raised alarm which attracted people to the scene. It seems youths have not learnt from the recent murder of Cynthia who was lured into her death through the social media.

Rezwan Ferdaus

A man in the US has been sentenced to 17 years in prison after he confessed to have planned crashing explosive-laden model airplanes into federal buildings, Xinhua reported.
Rezwan Ferdaus, 26, planned to use rigged cellphones to detonate the improvised devices to bomb the Pentagon and the US Capitol. His plea bargain with prosecutors helped him to avoid a much longer sentence.
Ferdaus, a man of Moroccan descent, grew up in the US state of Massachusetts. He was arrested back in February near the US Capitol in Washington, D.C., as part of an anti-terrorism investigation by the FBI.
He was planning a suicide attack on the Capitol with explosives that he received from undercover officers, whom he thought were associates of Al-Qaeda. He also planned to deliver bomb-making materials for use in attacks against the US troops in Iraq.

BOKO Haram

Less than 24 hours after Boko Haram sect announced that it was ready to cease fire and enter into negotiations with the Federal Government, indications have emerged that the Joint Task Force does not seem to believe in the peace overtures. The Joint Task Force in Maiduguri has disclosed that the sect is planning more attacks in the state. Abu Muhammad Abdulazeez who spoke on behalf of the sect on Thursday had outlined some conditions for the talks with the government which would eventually bring an end to all hostilities.
The JTF Spokesman in Borno State, Lt. Col  Sagir Musa has however issued a release in which he stated that attacks were being planned by the sect on “soft targets”. The JTF spokesman stated that “information available to operation Restore Order indicates that Boko Haram terrorists are planning to attack government officials, civil servants, politicians and other law abiding citizens in Borno State.
The JTF wishes to alert members of the public on the latest plot and advise these categories of Nigerians to be aware of the people within their environment and restrict movements particularly during the hours of night”.
 He also stated that “members of the public are therefore reminded to report any suspicious movement to the Task Force through the following JTF hotlines for further action: 0806 4174066, 0708 5464012, 0815 4429346.”

In a recent interview regarding his new book, 'I Want You to Shut the F#ck Up: How the Audacity of Dopes Is Ruining America', Comedic actor D.L. Hughley made a statement a lot of black women may find offensive. He explained his dislike for black women...

D.L. told NPR,

I really need some advice. My 8 year old boy is too sexually aware. In the last few months I've noticed him touching himself, rubbing himself against anything he can find, and doing things that I'm too ashamed to type here even though I am anonymous. He is touching his younger sister in ways that are not brotherly. He's fixated with breasts and grabs any he sees. He also forcefully tries to kiss people, both male and female. I've smacked him several times but it hasn't stopped the behaviour. Just last week, his teacher told me he was caught kissing a classmate. I understand children are curious but I have no idea where he learnt all these. He has never seen that kind of behaviour in my house. I monitor what he watches on TV and I have never allowed him on the internet. My husband thinks he should be punished for his behaviour but what kind of punishment? Should I lock him up in his room till he's grown? I am a mother who is so ashamed of her own child. I'm afraid to take him out so he doesn't start harassing other people's children. I'm so confused and ashamed that its making me sick. Can you please help me make sense of this? What do I do to stop this behaviour?

Born to a police officer father and a mother in academics, the young Tony had a military styled upbringing, living in the police barracks during Nigeria’s military regime. He has a B. Sc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Lagos.

Terry G's UK based fiancee, Mimi Omoregbe gave birth to baby boy in the UK yesterday. Big congrats to them!

A former councillor of Amuwo-Odofin Local Government Area of Lagos State, Onimole Babatunde, is currently being detained at the Area E Police Command, Festac, Lagos for allegedly stabbing an 18-year-old girl in the neck after she refused his advances at a night club.

On October 26, Mariam Abubakar (pictured above) went to Pearl Habour Night Club in Rochester Garden Hotel, Festac to “catch weekend fun.” Her friend, who pleaded anonymity, said they only went there “to hang out” when Babatunde, who was obviously drunk, started to make advances to Abubakar.

She said, “She was not interested in him so she did not answer when he called her. He was dancing and Mariam (Abubakar) was sitting at a table. He was obviously drunk and he came to pull her.

“He was manhandling her and she insisted he should leave her alone. This did not go down well with Babatunde and he was really angry. He went to a corner, took a bottle, broke it and stabbed Mariam in the neck.”

According to the source, Babatunde fled the scene immediately.

A police source at Area E told our correspondent that the preliminary report obtained indicated that the incident occurred at about 1:30am. He said Abubakar bled profusely at the scene before she was taken to Naval Hospital, Ojo by sympathisers at the night club.

The source said she was not admitted because those who took her there could not produce a police report.

“That was when someone notified our station (Area E Command) and we went to take her to Ajeromi General Hospital,” he said.

It was learnt that as Abubakar was being taken to the general hospital, she went into a coma.

She was said to have been revived at the general hospital. A nurse at the hospital, who craved anonymity, told our correspondent that she had lost about 20 per cent of her blood.

Abubakar is currently under intensive care at the hospital.

However, the police said the night club workers destroyed evidence at the scene of the alleged crime by cleaning up Abubakar’s blood on the floor.

The hotel has currently been sealed off by the police because the management did not report the incident.

It was learnt that the police got wind of Babatunde’s whereabouts, said to be holing up somewhere in Ikoyi and called him to simply come and write a statement. But he was detained immediately he got to the station.

The police spokesperson, Ngozi Braide, said she had not been briefed on the case.
